The office complex is situated on a 24,000m2 site with a building footprint of 7200m2 and serves as the City of Cape Town’s electrical department’s head office. The building is a five-story structure which includes 6000m2 of office space configured around a central glazed atrium.
The works was constructed to strict quality and environmental requirements and achieved a five-star rating from the Green Building Council of South Africa.
